My fee is $250 per 50-minute session.
Sessions are usually 50 minutes per week, and meetings are generally held not less than once a week. More frequent or longer meeting times may be arranged to facilitate more intensive work on deeper issues, or may be recommended in order to meet your particular needs.
If your schedule does not allow you to keep your appointment time regularly (i.e., due to out-of-town work), please discuss this with me in advance and I will do my best to work with you based on your particular needs.
Sessions typically begins with weekly sessions, allowing us to build momentum, establish a strong therapeutic alliance, and create meaningful, lasting change. As progress is made, we may thoughtfully transition to biweekly and eventually monthly sessions, depending on your goals and needs.
I approach our work with a consistent therapeutic frame—a structure that includes regular meeting times, clear boundaries, and a reliable cadence. This consistency is not incidental; it is a key component of effective treatment. A steady rhythm of sessions creates a secure and focused space where deeper work can unfold, patterns can be recognized, and change can be integrated over time.

I provide outpatient mental health services as a private, out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Payment is collected in full at the time of each session.
For clients with PPO plans, out-of-network benefits often provide meaningful reimbursement for outpatient care. To ensure a seamless experience, I handle the administrative process for you by submitting superbills directly to your insurance company on your behalf. Any eligible reimbursement is issued directly to you by your insurance provider.
Services are typically billed under the following CPT codes:
90837 – Individual psychotherapy (60 minutes)
90847 – Family or couples therapy
Many clients choose this model for the added privacy, flexibility, and discretion it affords, allowing for care that is tailored to your needs rather than insurance limitations.
You can review your out-of-network benefits instantly here:

If you prefer to contact your insurance provider directly, I recommend asking:
Do I have out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental health services?
Are CPT codes 90837 (individual therapy) and 90847 (couples/family therapy) covered?
What is my plan start and end date?
What is my deductible, and has it been met?
What is my out-of-pocket maximum?
What percentage of each session is reimbursed?
What is the allowed amount for these CPT codes?
Are there any session limits or preauthorization requirements?
If helpful, I’m happy to guide you through this process so you can clearly understand your benefits and make the most of your coverage.

In our first appointment together, I will want to most importantly start to get to know you and your pain points and reasons for entering session. Next, I will go over how sessions work, what to expect from me and from therapy each week so that you can be prepared for what comes next.

That depends on what you're working on and how deep the work needs to go. We don’t want to rush it, but we won't waste your time. We'll check in regularly to make sure you're getting what you need.
I recommend taking a look at my Specialty Pages; within these pages, there are answers around timing for each specialty.
