I’m Charlie, and I can help. 

As a Psychotherapist, Executive Therapist & Coach, EMDR trauma specialist, veteran, husband and father residing in the LA Southbay, I help clients get through complex challenges.

I will show you how to look at things in a low-pressure yet impactful way to meet your needs for optimal emotional healing. I use therapeutic techniques such as EMDR, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems theory, emotions-focused couples therapy as well as holistic strategies around Mindfulness and Diet Exercise Wellness programs.
